Successful Project Management

What should you have to become a successful project manager? There are 3 (three). First, skill which accounts for about 30%. Secondly, experience which accounts for about 40%. And the last 30% is your attitude. This is what Mr. Paul Christian shared during Construction Engineering & Management Seminar on Friday, December 18.

Mr. Paul Christian is a project director of Agung Podomoro Land and he has an expertise in this industry for more than 15 years. His position as the youngest director of APL is very strategic since 70% of APL projects must be approved by him. During the speech, Mr. Paul also gave a list of successful project criteria, ie. skill, networking, experience, risk taker, strategic thinking, effective, decision maker, good leader, coaching successfully, flexible, and good manner.
